Responses from Airbnb

Does anyone else have a problem with responses from Airbnb? I have messaged and the response is a scripted response a week later. I have called and wait time is 20 min. the cust serverice person answered and her response was uh huh this is what we are going to do ....then hung up. I called back and again the wait time is 20 min. and the cue said 20 min. it is well passed 20 min. and I have 3 guests waiting in my living room for answers!

@Brenda220 what problem are you trying to fix?

I know messaging is not a good option when you have guests in the living room waiting, but I generally have received responses the same day to my messages. They aren't always correct, or helpful, but they do respond within the promised time.

As for phone support: I usually prefer the option where AirBnB calls you back. That way I don't have to stand there holding the phone to my ear. (Which I don't think anyone enjoys.)
