I had a person who paid for a night, but then the same morning I think it was she said she wouldn't come. That was fine with me, as I got her pay anyway. But now I keep getting messages from airbnb that I should write a review. How could I write a review about a person who hasn't stayed with me??
You can either dismiss AirBnB emails of leave an honest review about your guest...
Bucause you have the "Flexible" cancelation police, you guest could have canceled the reservation and get 100% of the money back...
So I would leave a nice note saying the guests didn't show up but honored the payment and reservation, along with a message saying that she wasn't going...
With flexible, since this was for one night and it appears the guest cancelled less than 24 hours before checkin, the first night is not refunded and therefore she would not receive any refund.
I agree with your message to leave on the review @Luis-and-Tati0.
