Reviews

Hello all,

I have two questions. First, I'm returning as a host after a hiatus of six or so months. I vaguely recall seeing something about changing the star ratings and/or visibility.

My first guest has left a review and I don't see anything about the three areas that have stars previously. Is that gone now? If so, how do we get determined for superhost status?

My second question is does everyone have as much difficulty as I do finding where the review posted so I can respond? Honestly, I always had a hard time with this when I was hosting and see it's not improved, in fact, it may be harder than ever. Does anyone have a secret?

Thanks you your replies.

A review is not published immediately, see link below for details.

Already published reviews and private comments can be found via the link in the section "where to find":

https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/13/reviews-for-stays

added::

Star ratings can be found under menu "performance", submenu "Quality", section 'Overall quality".

Click at each guest on "read more" to see the stars in detail.
