One way which might help you is on arrival (or early in the stay) let the guest know they will be able to reivew their stay with you and you will also leave a review for them. This will help them when booking in future ( I as a host take some comfort it a guest has some positive reviews).
We usually communicate with out guests by whatsapp when they are actually with us. A few days after they leave - if they havent made a review I send a nice whatsapp message asking them to take 2 minutes to prepare a review.
77% of our guests give reviews so some of this must be working.
