Rip off by Airbnb and Payoneer Please help !!!!!!

We open an account in Airbnb and we selected one of the options offer by Airbnb as form of payment, the one called PAYONEER. To make the story short we start filling out the application at payoneer from the page of Airbnb. We thought we did not finished the application and forgot the user name and password. Well, now there is supposed to be an account of us at @payoneer but we have not received our money.  Airbnb says and it show in the transaction history  that they pay to Payoneer but don’t tell us at which account or email was the money sent. To make matter worst we can not access a person at  payoneer without an account number.  So we are caught in a twilight zone while they have our money. AIRBNB is not helping, has anyone  encounter a similar problem with this set up Airbnb –Payoneer?. I am a single mother I felt overwhelmed by this abuse.

As irritating as it may seem, this isn't 'abuse' or a 'rip off'. You made a mistake, and hitting out at Airbnb and Payoneer won't help or get you much sympathy. These businesses are simply following protocol to protect their customers and assume that they'll know their account details. 

What I would be doing is using the 'forgotten password' link on Payoneer. One assumes you don't have a mass of email addresses you may have used, so it should not be that difficult.

You are right Gordon that we should had remember but the lack of help is inexcusable. We finally had acces to the account without any help from Payoneer neither airbnb. So everything is ok.
