Running an Airbnb business in the Philippines

Hi guys, so im in the middle of doing the accounting for my listings on airbnb, and i was wondering if a.) anyone else here is bemoaning the fact that airbnb can only send us our money in dollars, which i get sent through paypal and then have transferred to my bank account and sees all the fees (the dollar to peso conversion is lower than what it is supposed to be and the bank tranfer fee is 150 pesos off the bat) and what if ever, anyone has some suggestions about how to bypass this? and b.) if anyone has done direct deposit for the fees through any Philippine bank and if so, did they have to open a dollar account to do so?

Hey everyone, I'm just reading through the conversation here 

I'am so new to this site I'm still trying to set up i did have a friend help me to set up

but i still have so much to understand and totally confuse especially the payment method 

and how secure your place will be. I have a studio type condo.

I'm not happy the way i had my lay out. How can i see my place  or

how it looks for people that wanted to rent ?  I'm not ready to publish because theres so much more to be done.

Hi All. not sure if this is best way to contact you. but as you all run airbnb's in the philippines. And the help i need regards the philippines i will ask. what type of insurance do you have and how much it cost. does airbnb insurance cover the philippines. many thanks Dee
