SMS Replies not received by host or showing in Air... - Airbnb Community

SMS Replies not received by host or showing in AirBNB dashboard

I've sent four SMS replies to my host over the last three days and none are showing in my AirBNB dashboard.

My poor host stayed up until midnight waiting for me to arrive when I'd tried to let them know I wasn't coming.

This is my first AirBNB experience and I'm pretty unimpressed that there's such a big issue in the communication system.
