Hi Hosts,
Just wondering what you're all doing about Cancellations in this time? I have tried to change my cancelation policy to flexible so that guests can cancel up to 24 hours before and get a full refund, however it doesn't seem to apply to current bookings.
I would like my guests to be able to cancel without any fees or costs to them or I would like to be able to cancel their bookings without getting Host penalty rates!
Any insights? Has anyone heard from AIRBNB directly on this?
