Sales & Lodging Taxes not included in payout

All my listings are set up for Airbnb to collect the occupancy taxes and include them in my payouts (they do not automatically direct tax payments to Alaska tax authorities).

My payouts are short the taxes - like they were never collected, so I'm left holding the bag.  Can't communicate with anyone at Airbnb to figure this out.

Anyone else having this problem?

Your listings show "Hotel Tax, Sales Tax" is charged to the guest.

In my part of the world taxes are in a separate payout.

Maybe check your Transaction History pages for this, each reservation then has two payouts.

The Airbnb HELP says only for Anchorage a tax is remitted directly by Airbnb:

Thanks for the reply, Emiel, but they are not making a separate payout.  I'm only receiving the room rate and nothing else.  I checked the transaction record against my bank account and only see the room payout - no transaction for taxes.  Can't believe Airbnb offers no way to contact them with payout questions!
