Same-day booking 00:00 means night before?

I am using Kigo with AirBnB, and therefore have my desktop AirBnB host controls mostly all disabled. For some reason, the mobile app still lets me change things around. Today I had a guest instant book at 4:30PM even though my check-in time is 3PM. I would like to set the cut-off booking to 15 hours before check-in, that is, at midnight the night before check-in. How should I go about this?

Your check in time is anytime after 3pm. Which strikes me as dangerous.

I believe you can disable Instant Book for the day before, I disable it for 3 day before, still get requests but they can not Instant Book.
