 We are an existing host in the UK and are thinking about buying a second home in Sardinia, Italy.  Specifically in Milis, Oristano, because we have family there who could manage it.  I would like to understand how the area performs and get advise on potential rental levels.

Hello fellow airbnb hosts, I have a house in North Sardinia which I am thinking of putting up on airbnb. Does anyone know how well it is doing there? Is there request for houses in Sardinia during Jan-May season? Any information on this? Thanks.

to find out you will need to do your own research a) look at comparable properties on STR sites - how busy do their calendars look? B) talk to your local tourism board about footfall for your target market C) look at AirDNA
