Search - only find my listing with many filters

Can you help?

I have a listing for 2 Bedrooms plus TV room that includes a bathroom and separate toilet. The listing is therefore not One Bedroom nor is it for the whole house. How can I best present it to be easy to find when potential clients search?

@Jennifer336 Best results will be obtained with 3 listings : one for each bedroom and one for two bedrooms at once. 

Just make sure to update all calendar as the bookings come along
