Second installment of Pay less up front option

Hello. I booked a room in Seoul 4 months ago for my upcoming trip this April. I chose the "Pay less up front" option. The first installment was already billed to my previous credit card. However, due to fraudulent activities on the card last March, I had to cancel that card and request a new one. My new credit card has just arrived and I was wondering how can I update my payment details, if I already paid the first half? The second installment is set to be billed next week.

Some time ago a guest reported here that they had the same issue and that when the second payment failed, due to the card being cancelled, they were offered the option of specifying a new card.

 

You could also contact Airbnb support to discuss the issue.

Type "contact airbnb" in the "Search the community" box on these forum pages where you posted your question. Scroll down a little in the list of suggestions that appears and click on the "Contact Airbnb: A Community Help Guide[UPDATED]" one. That lists phone numbers and ways to contact them via Twitter or Facebook.
