Hi everyone. I am a newbie at Airbnb. This is my fourth guest and he damaged some items as my appartment , and besides not obeying many of the houserules he also failed to pay enough for the excess used of electricity. I went to the resolution centre and opened a claim. I could only chose 1 option and decided to claim for "damaged items" but I also need to claim for unpaid electricity which now since the other claim is open I cannot do. In my note to the booking guest I stated that I am also claiming another amount for the unpaid electricity, but this additional amount does not show up with the total of my claim. Anyone here has experienced anything like this please? Would appreciate your help in this regards. My best.

Hi Alice595, thank you for your reply. I was of the idea that I had to submit all claims before another guest is in, which is today.
@Lucienne26You will not be able to submit another one until the first claim is settled. i.e. The claim is approved and payment is made.
I had a similar situation. I had to wait a few days before I submitted the extra service claim. The first claim I submitted was for damaged items while the second one was for extra cleaning fee.
