@Sujal0, it is strongly advised to create a firm set of House Rules, and to include these in your listing's description, as well as have them in a visible place in the accommodation itself. For instance, mine are in a folder in one of the drawers in the guest room. I make a point of indicating it, and asking guests to read it.
When a booking is requested, a message containing the House Rules is sent automatically to the enquirer. This can help her/him determine
whether the accommodation is a good match. It can also act as an effective 'filtering' system for the host.
If a potential guest has no photo, no ID, reviews, or references attached to his/her profile, you should ask them to provide these to AirBnB before you can consider their request.
