Selling my Airbnb House, buying another. Can I contact previous guests?

I'm selling my hugely successful Airbnb home on the Chesapeake Bay and purchasing another house in a few weeks.

It's on a different body of water, but it will be equally awesome!

I'd love to stay in touch with previous guests who might want to book with me at my new place; and I need to figure out how to shut down hosting on my soon-to-be-previous home and crank up hosting at my new home. 

Any suggestions?  I am excited and really want this next home to be luxurious and Airbnb Plus worthy!
