Sending Multiple Special Offers to Guest

So we have a guest that wants to extend their booking which is easy to do. They then want to book a few weeks from now for a few weeks, then a few weeks later for a few weeks. It seems strange that I can't just send them multiple special offers at once, maybe I'm missing something; but according to the article below this has been a known issue for some time. Is this a feature that could be added or is there a 3rd party plugin for AirBNB that I could get?

how do you send aspecial offer?

it says click on meassage and click special offer but i cannot see the button for special offer

I have went round and round with the help desk on this issue.   I finally told them I was blocking the dates on the calendar and booking through another service.   I am exhausted all opportunities with the help desk, agents and simply their service does not support being able to send multiple dates to a potential guest.   In my case I tried to work with them so they could make the booking fees but we’re unable to do anything.
