Sending special offers for different properties to the one enquired about

Why can't we send a special offer which involves suggesting a different property we own?  Where a host has two or more properties they may want to keep one for different length stays,  other profile guests etc.,  it would be useful to be able to send a special offer which directs them to a different property.

OK,  things have been changed,  and now you can send a different property in a special offer.
