Sent money to guest, not deducted from payout

Hi 

I am a relatively new host and looked through community questions but can't seem to find an answer to the one I am struggling with.

I had a guest whom I had to send money to. I did it after the trip was finished, so I used "send money" button.

I also got a confirmation from AirBnb that the amount will re deducted from the next payout.

Since then I already hosted another 2 trips nevertheless I can't see any sign of the deduction. I got paid full amounts on all my guests' stays.

Also noticed that the case is now closed.

Can you please help me with this? I am stuck and don't know how to proceede from here.

@Julija2  So you have not noticed that the refund you expected the guest to receive has not happened.  I would send a message to the guest to confirm if a refund was received.  When the guest confirms no refund, send a message or speak with Air BNB staff about the problem.  Here is a link for how to contact Air BNB
