Hello all,
I'm experiencing a serious technical issue with the platform (confirmed by Airbnb).
A week ago I realized that my listing had completely disappeared from the platform without making any changes.
The number of visits decreased drastically during the last days and in the end I realized that something weird was happening.
Has anyone of you experienced something similar in recent days, such as the listing doesn't show:
- if some specific fields are not filtered
- even if you have activated the 'instant booking'
- although no recent changes have been made to the host control panel

@Dario267 Are the commercial listings still showing up? Is it just 'non-professional' hosted listings that have disappeared?
My listing is commercial, so I think that the issue is not related to this feature.

Our Auckland Map never seems to want to move when trying to look across the wider region so my listing rarely shows up when looking at MAP view which is annoying.
I've noticed that with other listings in my area to..

@Helen427 This happens using a certain browser, but it's related only with the operating system (at least, what I have noticed regarding this issue…)

I'm astonished… Calling Airbnb, the operator just has told me that the ranking is not related to good review and traffic, but it's 'randomized'… 😳
The point is that my listing one month ago was in the first place, and now it's losing positions.
The other platforms for lodging are working properly for my villa saving my business.
I would like much more to receive booking from Airbnb, but I don't want to be harmed by this situation!

@Dario267, the same problem:( And can you search in app? I was trying and I see only map, not list of listings. So our guests are booking just by the price! (For me it is terrible: I had to decline requests that I nearly never did before!). Seems to be that November will be empty because of all that...
@Lizzie Thanks for the help. 3/7 listings are not fully visible unless I specify the road they are on- usually when I used to look at wide areas (eg West London, London) they would show. I have had very limited viewings in the last week and despite calling Airbnb, who also confirmed this their only solution was to change settings “open up to 3 weeks” and nothing. Have updated the description section “rooms and spaces” as suggested previously but no real improvement. Thanks,

unfortunately the issue has NOT been resolved yet.
In addition, I have noticed that my property has lost several positions in the ranking.
I tried in different browsers, clearing the cache, connecting remotely from other country (I asked for a favour to a friend that lives in Italy)... nothing!
I was looking for mine, but even other property are diseappeared!
