Service fee VAT invoices (TAX related)

Hi everyone!

I had emailed AirBNB a couple of times, but for the last 2-3 weeks there's no reply at all (!!) This one is important to me, so maybe someone here can help:

1. All the invoices I can access, including the future ones (my reservations > view VAT invoice) contain my private data, not my company details with the VAT number that I had provided. So how can I update them to the correct data info?

2. I can only access the current or future invoices, not the past ones (and I'm talking days old not years). So how can I view them?

Hello Filip,

I have a very similar issue. The VAT service fee invoices are on my name but I need the invoices to be issued on the name of the property landlord. Cause I'm just the one who takes care of the Airbnb not the one who receives the payment.

Did you solve your issue somehow?
