Setting a price for future months

Hi

I have just listed my property and have accepted Airbnb's recommendations for pricing. However, this does not go beyond half way through July, so late July and August, peak season in Cornwall, are available for booking but at a rock bottom price. How do I change this? There is no option for price tips for these times.

People are going to be having the bargain holiday at my considerable expense if I can't change this soon.

You can set the prices you wish - there is no need to use the price tips.  On many occasions the price tips are way out and quite useless, so the best tips are to find out your competition and price accordingly.

Besides, you are free to decline any reservation request unless you have enabled instant book.
