Setting payout method query

We've recently listed our property which is in Croatia.  We are Uk residents but we pay tax on rental income in Croatia so ideally want to be paid there. We have Croatian Kuna and Euro bank accounts and the listing quotes in Euros as this is normal in Croatia.  The bank account there has our UK address so it seems that we must be paid in UK.  This would mean a double exchange rate conversion.  Is there a way around this using PayPal? It seems PayPal will only pay us in Sterling or US Dollars? Thanks for any support or advice.
