Setting up a co-hosted listing

Hey fellow hosts! Demand is growing for me to act as a co-host for current and new hosts. I'm running into a bit of a bottleneck with new hosts. Most of them are happy to have me essentially manage the property and communications. They like the idea of being the primary host but also want to offload the entire set up of the listing. I see in Airbnb Co-Hosting Help that co-hosts can create listings but I cannot seem to figure out how to do this on behalf of my hosts. All of them are already in the Airbnb community but have been travellers, not hosts. Does anyone know what I'm missing or how to work around this? Appreciate your help.
