There are tons of book on Amazon on how to start or set up an Airbnb. It took me 4 months to prepare my rooms. I use a great little book I found on Airbnb. Can't remember the name. I let someone borrow it and never got it back. I used mostly all the recommendations. It was extremely helpful. One valuable tip I definitely would recommend is a lint roller to remove unwanted hair. 😲 OMG! That is one of my best investments next to a good mattress. Hair is the number thing that can result in a bad review. Also, invest in pillow toppers and foam for the beds. I use both to make sure my guest get a good night's sleep. So unwanted hair, terrible mattresses and unclean rooms will surly put you out of business quick. Ok, I hope that helps.
