Shared Bathroom?

We currently have superhost rating. Our space is a very large living/dinette/master bedroom with private bath across the hall. We have an additional room across the hall that could be potentially added as a "new" separate listing, thus causing both rooms to have to "share" the bathroom. I am looking for feedback from hosts with this similar situation. I am wondering if this is a good thing to do or if I will dissuade, guests from renting given that I will now offer only a shared bathroom situation. What do you think, any advice appreciate. I would have housekeeping make sure to visit the bathroom several times a day to ensure it is clean.
