Shell I choose entire place or private room if I have apartment?

So I want to listing full equipped apartment. Sleeping rooms, kitchen, bathroom, livingroom and balconys. To access apartment guest need to use passagewey (stairs) together with other our guest.... Im not sure shell I choose listing entire place or private room?

@David6592  You would choose entire place if the only shared space is the entry hall/stairs. But it's important to clearly state in your description that the passageway access is shared with other guests.
