Short hold tenancy agreement compared to AirBnB

Hi All

I have only been a host for a few weeks but already i think its a great thing to be part of, bookings are regular and i love meeting new people and looking after them. Unfortunately my neighbours do not feel the same and have complained to the management company that look after the building.

I own my apartment which is one of 20, half of them are privately owned with a couple of these being privately rented and the other half rented by the owner of the building.

I would love to carry on with AirBnB but need to know how i can use AirBnB under the same reguations as a short hold tenancy agreement ? If i can form a case that we are operating along the same regulations then in theory i should be able to continue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks in advance.

Simon

@Simon214

I rent out my flat under a SHTA, completely different to how ABB works.

Hi David

Thanks for the reply, am i understanding you correctly in that you are using the AirBnB site but get you guests to agree to a SHTA as an extra safety of local requirement.
