Tough one - there is free speech, and one person's view of what is facist may be different from someone else's. 

I would report it only if the host was insulting to you during your stay.

@Davor22 If the host made racist or facists comments towards you I would call Airbnb.

If they had racists or facist memorabilla in their home I would call Airbnb.

Can you explain more about your concerns?
