Sign a writing that the guest agrees to the Rules & providing written info on guests names & cars

Hi folks, I'm new to this forum. How do I have the guest acknowledge in the writing that they have read the House Rules before we agree to commit? What if the person's reservation has been already booked - can I make them sign a paper agreement now? Has anyone left paper copies in the rental and asked in the House Rules they sign it (and fill out guests' names, vehicle license plate  info which our City requires) then? If so, are you finding that  the guests are actually signing/ filling out the info or  just ignorning it?

The guests must agree to having read your house rules as a part of making a booking.  You do not need them to agree again.  If you are talking about a contract independent of the Airbnb rules and regulations, you must disclose it in your listing and the guests must be able to see the terms before booking.  https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/465/can-hosts-ask-guests-to-sign-a-contract

Is there a way to get a printout of the AirBnB contract?  I just need to show that there is some sort of written agreement and that the guest has acknowledged the house rules.   Thanks, --Ike
