Sing up on stand by since 7 month

Hi,

I tried to sign up for airbnb like 7 month ago, send my photo, my credit card pdf file resume, my personal information, my telephone, they called me(or sms).

And I still cant book.

Today I tried again , and I received a message saying that they are trying to verify my credit card number 1234, that there is nothing else i can do for now. But I gave the card numer around February.....and also in may it was stolen and I got a new number.....and I dont know where to contact Airbnb.

I would really appreciate some help or orientation please, thanks
