Site missing from Airbnb although we have an active "listing"/green dot on Manage Reservations

Our site has disappeared from Airbnb although it is showing as "Listed" with a green dot on our "Manage Listings" page.

We have excellent reviews and a prior guest who wishes to book a reservation notified us that our site is no longer appearing on Airbnb.

On the Airbnb map our listing currently shows as a "black dot." (I was wondering why things had gotten pretty quiet!)

@Lisa150 I can assure you your listing is alive and well in Airbnb's search function.  I searched by price and your listing was #1 on the first page.  When you hover over your listing in search, the map shows grey (or maybe black on whatever device you are using) in order to show the general area of your listing.
