Sneaking in guests, left the house filthy, and did not follwo rules

Help, our guest checked out today. His booking was 2 adults and 2 infants which are free. We live down the road and there was 3 SUV's parked there. We had hoped they would return the house in great shape and we would let it slide. I did in fact see two kids and two adults get out of one vehicle. When entering the house there was sand and garbage all over the floor. They used all three bedrooms and a rollaway. They did not start the towels as asked and left them all over. They also used every towel we offer, which is 12. There is sand in our sleigh bed frame i dont think we will ever get all out. They left a garbage full of diapers, so we know there is two kids and infants with three vehicles. There was a minium of 10 people in the house when the capsity is 6 and they only paid for 2. Our cleaners had to ask someone else to come help to turn the house around in time. They used up all the supplies offered? I have great reviews and afraid if I messgae him to find out more he'll leave me a bad review. What do I do? Just take the loss and leave a review stating how he was?

Jenna booking and not turning up is a third party booking. Airbnb don't allow third party bookings so you should have called them to get those anonymous guests out of your premises.

You don't say whether you have obtained official ID from those guests or not, but I wouldn't be happy with them staying.
