So I'm fairly new still here at airbnb and I'm concerned about my ratings for the neighborhood in which the house is it is beyond my control that others dont clean or take pride in there homes but the ratings for location is hurting my score what can I do ??? Please help any suggestions???

Hi - its the most contentious issue for a huge number of hosts. Feedback is meant to help you improve - hard to see how you can move your property closer to...the beach, Buckingham Palace, Eiffel Tower, etc...

All you can do is be very specific in your description how far you are by public transport/ and driving from local airports and tourist attractions etc. Also helps to ask the guests in advance if they are coming to visit anything in particular and let them know in advance how far it is, and how long the journey takes.

Remember that even a mark down on location is not  the end of the world if you are getting 10 (or close to) across the board for other questions and overall.
