I have just found out that you did not collect the required 6 percent state tax that you collect on all my listings. I have been on the phone for 2 hours. I am in shock. We agreed to allow you to collect it because it is required. The listing is from 2018. I found this when doing a tax audit. The time period was June 2018 to October 2018. They confirm they have taken all other tax.
They said I opted out which is not even possible.

Why can a guests name or reservation ID not be laced on the excel report for a resolution payout. Is that too much to ask?
