Someone I can talk to on the phone

I need to talk with someone about my apartment for rent.  We have a property manager who takes care of our place when we are not there.  We don't have a drop box for keys.  We need to give out phone numbers for people to get towels and electric turned on.

Rent does not include electricty.  How do we handle that?

Bruce, I don't see anything in your listing about not including electricity and you have instant book so someone may book without knowing of this extra cost and inconvenience? Why doesn't your apartment include electricity?  How would someone from another country arrange to turn on and off electricity for YOUR apartment? What is the process to turn it on and off? How does one know how much it costs and when they will have to pay it? Could you you just raise the price and include electricity and avoid the hassle for everyone?

Maybe you can clarify. Do you mean electricity (lights, plugs, oven, refridgerator) or just air conditioning?

We have a property manager who cares for our apartment when we are not there.  Remember this is Italy.

@Bruce82, check out the co-host option - maybe by adding your Italian manager as a co-host you can list his/her phone nos. and details. Bear in mind the co-host is copied on all correspondence, etc. - maybe more of a "relationship" than you really want.... Susie
