Special Offer sent and the one accepted are not the same, how do I get copy/proof?

I send a simple special offer.  The guest accepted it, but what is shown as accepted is very different from what I sent (total and dates).

Where can I find a copy of what I sent and why it was changed?

Can it be fixed?

I doubt you'll find a copy of that - maybe in Airbnb's database, but who's gonna make it available for you? The dates can be altered and accepted once again. The price - not necessarily. You must talk to the guest first and reach agreement. The special offer is always the total price of the booking for selected dates.
