I made a special offer to a visitor NIS 1850 includes everything for 2 nights. Actual he paid 2076 NIS. How can it be? He now wants compensation

The offer you send him, is excluding the Airbnb fee, which is 6-12% on top of the price you give him. So in this case it's a 12% fee on top of your price. 1.850 x 1,12 = 2.072

Just tell the guest that the offer you gave him was YOUR price, and not including the fee that Airbnb charges to handle the booking. No refund of course.
