Hi,

How do i set a special offer : 10% Guests searching by these dates will get a special email and see this offer on my listing.

AirBnb asked if i would like to set this, so i thought i might as well give it a try.

However, how do i turn this feature on manually for other specific dates?

Good question. I had the same good thought, same action, and same result. Hope someone has the answer.

At this time the %-off feature is only by invitation. When conditions are right the computer will automatically message you and invite you to take action on specific days.

I did receive the invitation, but when I chose it, nothing happened. It took me to a different place, but ther was no way to choose this feature.

I responded to Airbnb's suggestion that a discounted a date this month. I activated the discount but there's no availability either side of the date and I have a min 3 day booking requirement! But - thought is was a great idea and am trying to discount a weekend at the end of the month where I do have 3 day availability. Apparently I can't offer the discount unless the system invites me to?

I had tried reducing the prices for that weekend but hadn't had a response so am off to try other means...! Would welcome any suggestions

I offered the 10% for the 1st booking of the football season.  My guest saw that. However, when it came to the pay out, they paid in full?  Do I issue the refund?  I thought Airbnb would adjust it.  Anyone?

I’m having the same problem. I received the invitation email, but when I click “set 10% discount” it takes me to my calendar with no changes. Please advise! I really want to take advantage of this offer!
