Stats show 16 requests for december, I don't see any details

hello to the whole beautiful AIRBNB community , 

Something weird is going on with my account. I use the AirBNB app (updated to the latest version) on my iphone. When going on the stats section it shows that I have 16 requests for decembers. See image: 

I usually get notified by textos when I get new requests, but I havent received anything. I don't see any message regarding those 16 requests. I tried to sign in on my laptop, same here, I cant see anything related to those 16 requests. 

Makes me upset because I really dont want to miss out any requests. Is that a glitch or do I really have 16 requests?

I'm new to Airbnb, so I'm sorry I can't help. However, stats on my Android app are wonky too.

I'm just lucky that my stats are wonky the other way around: it is reporting fewer requests and bookings than actual.

Did you get 16 requests last month? Maybe Airbnb updates stats on a fortnightly/monthly basis and we are looking at old numbers.

Also keep track of your response rate: if that is high, I suppose you aren't missing any requests.

Final theory: at least on Android the app caches data, and my cache is never getting updated. Maybe that happens on iOS too.

Note that these are all theories.

The same happened to me. In my iphone app i suddenly switched from 4 to 19 requests (and the views went up too), and have been checking since. Today i got a 20 requests... o.o

No messages, mails or any other way to find those requests. On the web view when i count the dots in the stats graph, everything is allright - still 4 requests. So I'm thinking it is maybe connected to the number of searches a guest makes... maybe? Or the app just is buggy...

Same thing happened to me!! I wrote a post about this yesterday. I'm really worried because the moment a new "request" and "reservation" showed up, my views stopped increasing. I'm worried that people can no longer see my listing! And I'm double worried that I have a reservation that I can't see or respond to.

I just checked your profile. Your listing is visible, but it seems that the only available dates till the end of 2017 are from January 14-22, and March 4-16. Is that real? Now i'm really starting to think that something went terribly wrong with the calendars and reservations....hmmmm....

I tested out a request with Cindy and she received the message as expected. So that part of the system must be functioning correctly (phew).

The stats seem buggy, but don't seem to affect requests and reservations.

Whether it will affect some hosts' Superhost status... who knows!

My stats show 21 requests in December and I didn't receive any texts or emails. Did anyone find a solution for this problem meanwhile? Thanks

I just noticed the same on my stats - says 19 requests for January and we only received one !!

I've twitted Airbnb in the past about this issue on the app. They recommended looking on the website for this info and not the app as it's more accurate. If it's also a problem on the website I'd recommend sending Airbnb a tweet.

Thank so Matt and Jeff , I don't have a twitter acct and don't want to sign up just for this . 

I think a huge company like Airbnb will want to fix app bugs to make it run more smoothly for hosts and will contact them another way if it's not resolved soon
