Stay approvals

I'm new to this. Can someone tell me how to change it back that I must approve a stay? So that people can't just book automatically? Thanks!

I could see that @Cynthia-and-Chris1 have given you the link on how to switch instant book on/off. I was wondering if you were able to turn off Instant Book?
