Stay away with TurnKey Vacation Rentals

Stay away with rentals under this company. Their policy is strict and willing to compromise tenant's safety and health. We made a reservation for a vacation house in South Lake Tahoe earlier and found out there is local wildfire, although the fire seems under control, but first there is no guarantee the fire won't be back, secondly, my family member has asthma, which air quality could be an issue. They still don't allow us to change date.

We book it via Airbnb, and they make excuse its Airbnb's responsibility, which is not...bad risk handling, management and greedy.
