Still not received the payment from my guest after one month

Hello Everyone, it's very weird that I still not received the guest's payment after one month

The deal was completed already but in the system it shows me that still in the process.

Seems like it will last like this forever, anybody had the same problem before? What can I do?

I have a similar experience to you.

When that is a partial refund to the guest, the particular balance of the payment of that date will be a pause, it seems like an Airbnb technical issue or something else.

 

I usually reported to Airbnb by  Airbnb Support Help Center, “ Live Chat " with the team( not with an Airbnb bot ), that is always someone here to answer you within a few minutes,  report the late payment issues to the case manager. 

 

As a matter of fact, the payment will release in 24hours and will appear in the upcoming payout.

 

I hope you can resolve the late payment issues.
