I was wondering if anyone else had an issue of a very late payment (one month late). It is still logged as a future payment but doesn't seem to be coming through. It's also impossible to get hold of an airbnb represenative. Who can I contact?

Sometimes when a reservation is changed, the payout will not come through and Airbnb has to "kick it off". You can give them a call, Japan phone nr is also in here:
