@Donald48 - never had a payment get lost and have changed my accounts more than once. Since we're all hosts here without access to your financial transactions it's difficult to assess what might be happening.

Besides contacting Airbnb, have you contacted the banks handling your accounts?
What does your case manager at Airbnb say about the status of the missed payment?
