Stolen Payout

Hi Everyone, 

I switched my payout recipient bank in late June and the first payout on July 8th was lost in the ether. I not only lost $668 but am concerned about ID theft. I have not gotten a response from AirBnb yet and I'm losing patience. 

Anyone suffer the same kind of fraud?

@Donald48 - never had a payment get lost and have changed my accounts more than once.  Since we're all hosts here without access to your financial transactions it's difficult to assess what might be happening.

What does the Transaction history say?

Have you checked that your payout method is correct?

Besides contacting Airbnb, have you contacted the banks handling your accounts?  

What does your case manager at Airbnb say about the status of the missed payment?
