Airbnb intro'd a cancel'on policy last year we had to comply with.
Now I receive mails to alter my cancellation policy! Why?
Is there a cancellation Policy OR not?

@Lorraine31 AirBnB sends them to me too. You can not join the Work Collection if you have a Strict Cancellation Policy, so they send me notices to change my policy to join in. I think not. If I was like you with shared housing, I might consider a Moderate policy for a while to see if my booking increased noticeably, but if not I'd go right back to the Strict.
