I would like to sublet 1 of my listings on Airbnb.

I feel clueless, where I am usually very clued up.

It does not give me the option any where ( as far as I can see) to set it monthly. Other than giving a monthly discount.

Am I missing something? Can anyone assist.

Setting the minimum stay to a month, does that help you at all?

@Solveig0I did yes. I wonder if it also has to do with the fact that I have some booking in my calendar that was there before I set the minimum stay to a month?

@Le-Anne0 I don't know? Is the monthly thing not working at all, or what is it that's not working? Maybe you need to go through a different channel than airbnb?

Do you want to sublet a listing on Airbnb. Meaning you looking for a person to run your listing successfully. If so, I'm looking for a listing that I can run full time, take care of day to day bookings etc. You name your monthly price which I will pay.
