Suddenly not being paid for guests who have stayed with me

 I’ve been a member of Airbnb and a super host  for about three years and I’ve hosted  about 60 or 70 guests . Until now everything has run smoothly.

 

However yesterday  I received an e mail from Airbnb that said I needed to insert all my bank details again n order to get paid. I followed all the instructions and also spoke to someone at AirBNB but the link on the website just kept saying error despite the fact that I had entered all the required information correctly.

 

I called the help team for the second time today but they seemed unable to help me. My bank details and all the information required to pay me are just the same and yet they don’t seem to be capable of paying me. I think this is really bad service and I wonder if anyone else has had a similar experience.

Any thoughts on how to deal with this would be much appreciated by me.
