Suddenly not meeting Superhost requirements

For the last couple of weeks, my Stats have shown that I'm on track to make Suprthost status on July 1st. However this mornign  it says:

"You're not meeting the requirements for Superhost status—we hope you will soon! The requirements are measured every 3 months"

I have hosted 11 trips, a response rate of 100%, a commitment rate of 100% and have eleven 5* reviews.

I don't understand what is going on, can anyone explain?

Super host commitment  etc. although evaluated ever 3 months is calculated against last 365 days leading up to your evaluation -

'Qualification is automatically evaluated every 3 months (“qualification period”) on the first day of every calendar quarter (“review date”). If a host satisfies the performance standards and other qualifications for the most recent 12 months from the review date, then the host is automatically eligible to become a Superhost for the qualification period. (For example, if the review date is on July 1, 2014, then a host’s performance from the most recent previous 12 months from July 1, 2014 is measured.)

Superhost status is automatically revoked at the next review date if the host did not meet the performance standards during the most recent 12 months. Airbnb may, but is not obligated to, notify hosts of their Superhost status revocation. Hosts who have had their Superhost status revoked may regain their Superhost status during a future qualification period if they meet the qualifications for the most recent previous 12 months on that review date.'

If you are still meeting the criteria as calculated over last 12months  then perhatps twitter Airbnb for clarity.

Best wishes, Ama

Hi Ama, thanks for the reply. I started hosting in December 2015 and hadn't had enough visitors until a few weeks ago. It looks to me that I'm now meeting the requirements, but the message says I'm not, which is why I'm confused.

Is Twitter the only way to get a reply from AirBnb?

No you can call on their customer services number or use FB.

However for a fast response try social media.

Thanks all, I got a reply pretty fast on Twitter...all OK and heading for Superhost status 🙂

Can you share the reply? I have the exact same issue.

Sure they asked me to supply s screen shot of the tet on the account and then said:

"Oh OK. If you keep the same stats you will see that changing after July 1st when the next assessment will be done.

Thanks for your great work"

and sure enough after the net date,  I first got a message saying that the superthost was pending and would be confirmed

and then got a message to say that I was a Superhost.

I think that they've just changed rthw way they word things, which is a bit confusing.
