Superhost being LOCKED out of LISTING. Awful customer support. How can I reach someone who fixes ??

A month and a half ago I had a very paranoid guest who claimed the house was being watched and people were trying to get in, called the police twice. This triggered investigation by Trust and Safety, my listing was removed from searches, during investigation I was given no information on what was happening on other end, still don’t know the complete outcome. Waited 72 hours from when I gave my statement to Airbnb. They emailed back and said account was relisted,  in good standing and they hope I continue to host and have positive experiences. BUT, listings which I have been running as a “SUPERHOST” for 11 years say they are active but are not showing in any searches!!... I have had zero inqueries or activity from potential renters in a month and a half. Calls to customer service are just push offs, they escalated ticket, it’s a different department, no direct calls to that department, and no one calls, or emails, it has been 5 days now!!!  I’ve also responded by email to initial email whih said my account was cleared. Never a response there.

Any suggestions short of Tweeting and Facebooking out my disgust over the whole thing?

I am shocked at how easy it is to fall through the cracks of this mega business. What about the hosts?  We need to be able to be heard and have our issues paid attention to!

Direct number to tech department??

@Emily90

your listings are not active. Contact Airbnb support via Twitter or Facebook, it seems they are the best.

If it doesn't help try to set new listings.

 Hi, Thank you.

I DID “duplicate” one of my listings a couple of days ago, that new listing does not appear in searches either :(...  will try Facebook and Twitter now. So you need to go “public” to get a quick response it seems.

Another question, Level 2 host/user versus Level 10, what do these number mean?

@Emily90 it changes with the number of times you post on this forum, nothing important or related to hosting.
